
During a recent visit to Bryan’s Black Mountain BBQ in Cave Creek, AZ we got inspired…and FULL!
Our inspiration for today’s Bloggin’ Good Food @Home came from their delicious Pulled Squash Vegetarian BBQ Sandwich. (with or w/o an egg)
So let’s Begin – Preheat the oven to 375 – You will need the following:
- One spaghetti squash
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive oil
- 2 eggs (optional but suggested! YUM!)
- Hamburger buns
- BBQ Sauce of your choice
- Place spaghetti squash on cutting board.
- With a sharp knife cut length wise all the way through.
- Cut halves – Get a spoon and a bowl for seeds.
- Remove all of the “guts” and discard
