$5 take home gluten-free dough balls from Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchen right here in AZ.

We use a Pizza Stone and sprinkle it with Organic Brown Rice Flour.
Preheat oven to 550 degrees and cook for 7 mins on bottom rack, 3 mins on top rack.

We like Enrico’s Pizza Sauce which is less acidic and naturally gluten-free.

Crispy Bacon – there are many GF options out there.

Sautéing the veggies ahead of time guarantees you don’t get any uncooked pieces.

We are dairy-free (except for feta & goat) so we added Feta and and Rice Shreds – Cheddar flavor.

Toppings are all cooked about 90%, will finish in the oven.
